Select 5, 50, or 500 articles and publish in one batch with progress tracking, partial failures handled gracefully.

Bulk publish is the way you go from a stockpile of approved articles to a live site. It is rate-limited per CMS so you do not trip their throttles.

One failed publish does not abort the batch. Failures are collected at the end with a "retry failed" action.
