Two privacy choices that matter most to larger customers: where your information physically lives, and who is allowed to learn from it.
Where your data is stored
When you set up an account, pick Europe (Frankfurt) or the United States (Virginia). Your information stays in the region you chose. Backups in a second region are optional.
Keeping your content private from AI
By default, the AI tools Builder uses are configured so your content and instructions are never used to train their models. You can confirm this for each AI provider under Subaccount → Privacy.
