Deleting your account removes your personal profile from PSEO Builder. It does not, by itself, delete the subaccounts you have created.

Before you delete

  1. Transfer or delete any subaccount you own.
  2. Cancel any active subscription so we do not bill you for a period you cannot use.
  3. Export any reports or articles you want to keep.

What gets removed

  • Your profile (name, photo, email, password).
  • Your sessions and 2FA setup.
  • Your activity entries (replaced with "deleted user").

What is retained

Articles and pages you generated remain attached to the subaccount. Invoices and billing records are retained for tax purposes per local law (usually 7 years). Anything you generated that has been published is, of course, on your CMS and outside our control.

This is irreversible. Once confirmed, your account is gone within 24 hours.
