To hit our sprint timelines, we ask clients to provide the following during the first week of onboarding. Most teams already have all of this; if you do not, we can help you put it together.
Systems access
Admin access to the tools we will be reading from and writing to.
- Your CMS or e‑commerce platform (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, HubSpot, Contentful, or another)
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4
- Your DNS provider, if we are setting up reverse proxies or subdomains
Brand assets
So your new pages look and feel like the rest of your site.
- Brand guidelines or a short style document
- Typography and hex codes
- A selection of high quality product images or logos we can place inside the templates
Tone of voice
So the AI generated content sounds like you, not like a chatbot.
- Two or three examples of content (blog posts, landing pages, or emails) that perfectly capture your brand voice
- A list of phrases or words you specifically want to avoid
- Notes on the audience: who they are, what they care about, and what level of expertise they have
Seed data (optional but helpful)
If you have proprietary databases, sharing them up front saves us a week.
- A CSV of your products, services, locations, or partner integrations
- Internal documentation about your industry or product nuances
- Examples of competitors whose page structures you admire (or want to outperform)
Quick tip
You do not need to have everything ready on day one. Most clients deliver the systems access in week 1 and the brand and content inputs in week 2 alongside our discovery work.
