Once you are inside a Subaccount, almost everything you do lives inside a Project. Inside a Project, work is grouped into Campaigns. Inside a Campaign you have the actual output: Pages (for Full Build) or Articles (for Integration).

What each one holds

Project
One website. Holds the brand identity, the CMS connection, the global style guide.
Campaign
A batch with shared goal. Holds title patterns, datasets, target country, schedule.
Page / Article
One URL. Has its own meta, body, SEO score, publish status.

Worked example

An accounting firm with two brands. They create one Subaccount per brand. Inside the first Subaccount they make one Project for the marketing site. Inside that Project they run three Campaigns: "city pages for Manchester area", "industry-specific service pages", "Q1 2026 changelog blog". Each Campaign holds 30–200 Pages or Articles.

Why the layers

Settings inherit downward. A Project sets the brand voice, the Campaign sets the SEO playbook, the Article overrides only what it needs. This means you can change "use British English" in one place and have it apply to 2,000 pages.
