Everything you do in PSEO Builder happens inside one of two tiers. Knowing which tier you are working in tells you what you can see, what you can change, and who else can access your data.
The two tiers you work in

| Agency | An agency, reseller, or in-house team running PSEO for several brands | Many Subaccounts (clients), the agency team, white-label branding, plan limits per client. |
| Subaccount | One end-customer brand | Their Projects, Campaigns, Pages, Articles, Brand Identities, billing, team. |
If you are a single brand running PSEO for yourself, you simply work inside one Subaccount and never need to think about the Agency tier.
